I had a claim with these people and I was so insulted by the
attitude and the unprofessionally that they had toward me. I was hit in Vegas by a young black
ghetto woman that was in rage about the accident blame every one but herself for a simple
fender bender. Her passengers as ghetto as they get came out and did the same starting a. Police and casino sec. all agreed the accident was that
ghetto woman's fault". Oh wait there is also a video that captured that whole thing/. As soon as I called this low
class insurance comp?. I was greeted by yet another ghetto *** manager that insulted my passengers (when they called) and I calling us liars (literally) and that we had to pay for every thing including the car rental (considering that my car is unsafe to drive across state line)!. After a bit of research I found out that they will make you pay and then they will slam you with 70% of what is owed to you! And will never pay the full amount you are owed|. Not only that they will harass you about your claim making you pay first|.
