i am complaining about this insurance because first they send me a letter that my son was driving a Mercedes van car and he hit a car then i call the lady Kristin at 562-274-4100 and she was rude and she said she has nothing to talk wit me then why am paying for our insurance if they not going to help us they have to fight for us and investigate because this is a fraud my son did not hit any car and the car that he crash we reported to the... Have had a nightmare experience with adjuster Gracie Sandoval. I feel when you have an accident you insurance adjuster should make you feel at ease, no worries & hassle free. It has been one thing after the other & I've been completely stressed. My insurance (adjuster) has not made me feel confident using them at all. After this nightmare is over most definitely changing companies!! Read more

Infiniti are super quick to take my money for payments and super slow to provide me with a service. Been waiting 2 months and still no news on my claim. No one answers the phone and when they do they do they send me to an unmanned answer machine. Feels like I'm dealing with gangsters and swindlers rather than a reputable insurance company. Very *** insurance. Customer service is very bad. Got an accident on first week of august. We got rear ended by one of their insureds. We got a letter from their adjuster 4 days after the accident and We have been calling him but no response after leaving so many voicemails for a span of 3 weeks. We were able to get a hold of another adjuster today but we were told that the their insured has coverage issues, so he may or may not have coverage.... Read more

My accident happen 4/25/16. INFINITY just sent me this week a letter still saying they are investigating this claim. I got the police report months ago from AAA also AAA already have repaired my car and is using it immediately unfortunately I don't have rental car coverage on my car but this accident was caused by INFINITY's customer. Infinity Insurance is the worst company, go away for your car. They never anwser, too long time to resolve a claim and never solve them.

they are really bad,does not take care of customer claim,they do what ever they want.They took my car in orden to review the damage, that take three week.Then they sent it to the mechanic who take three week more.The damage was not fix it completely and they never prorogued the car rent for more than 30 day.I WAS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE SUPERVISOR,THEY DID NOT PUT HIM ON THE PHONE AND GIVE THE EXCUSE THAT HE WAS NOT THERE.I am completed... It has been a hassle with this insurance company , I got hit by one of theit insured, and there is no professionalism or empathy at all, you call the customer service and the hang up on you, you request a supervisor and they never available, i had to wait 12 days from the ay of accident for them to make an estimate, all that time i had to be traveling back and forth with my daughter with an open heart surgery on buses they didnt even bother on... So the insurance told me that i was able to take my car to any body shop to get it fix, I received the check now I have to go thru Nissan motor cause they send out the check to Nissan motor....It doesn't make any sense why I need to contact them. I've taken my car to several body shops and they have no idea why infinity did this. Will never get this auto insurance they do not do or pay especially when u pay your policy every month on time just everything about them is fishy!
