Verified ReviewerMy claim was denied, and the assigned adjuster is doing everything in her power to delay things for me.
I am an Infinity customer, had an accident while having my Uber app open and Infinity denied my claim, they took so much time to confirm they won't cover for me and after that they took even more time to release my vehicle to the at fault driver's insurance, even now they won't provide the full information needed for this insurance to take my vehicle and handle the damages for me, the only one affected by this is me, I'm injured, can't work and provide for my family, and they still are unresponsive to my attorney's calls, so this pretty much confirm they don't care, I wonder why if you won't handle my vehicle's damage you won't give everything needed, so this process goes faster for me, my adjuster is Dara Robinson, never answer the phone, the worst service ever, seems she works to make things worse instead of helping her customers.

Im trying to see what happened with the accident I had? because youre supposed to look into that it was a hit and run the police on the phone told me to pull over and dont chase him he was at a red light in the dispatch said that the Insurance can call her number and everything will be good because she will handle it so I dont see the problem with that because I had that uninsured motorist for that reason and everything is recorded in the lead lady explain to me when I got the insurance then if your car was hit in anyway or whatever long as the police was involved in everything I would get help so please me? it happened on December 10,2022

I file a not-at-fault damage claim with Infinity/Kemper online using their system; no response. I call Kemper with police reports and state crash report ID, Ryan takes my claim by phone and I'm advised to go to a collision repair shop nearby.
Days later Gerardo calls my cell and also sends a text saying I need to call him asap. I call and speak with Gerardo who basically says that he is responsible for contacting claimants when an insured person doesn't match their records. He suggests I send him the police report the very same one Ryan already approved as factual. I forward Gerardo the report, again no response.
I call Gerardo and the rep who answers my call says he has never heard of Gerardo. That is until I give him Gerardo's direct contact number. Call is forwarded to Gerardo's direct line and goes straight to voicemail and zero call back response from him. I call Gerardo 3 times same day and he finally answers saying Ms Bool is not found, same person Ryan accepted earlier as being a client of Infinity.
I am to expect a letter of rejection by mail. Ms Bool won't answer calls made to her and her address on file doesn't show her as being insured, same person Ryan accepted prior as assured being insured by Infinity.
