Infinity Insurance - Claim for money back for incurence that is cancelled!
Infinity incurence took 150.00 from my bank account even I sighed cancelation of insurence and bought other one from other company.I saw in my bank statement and I called them to ask for money back.Its gonna took 7-10 business days if I don't scanned or fax my bank statements.Now I have to invest more time and money to because I don't have fax machine.They don't exept e mail.
I am wondering what would happen if I didn't saw my bank statement??
Would they call me to give me my money back?
They blame agent that he didn't call them to canceled auto pay ,but they know my incurence is cancelled.So if it is cancelled for what they took my money for??? Dragana Mack
