Infinity Insurance - Kristen Ninh "Claims Adjuster" needs her own Yelp page.
Kristen Ninh has ZERO customer service. She is the rudest person I think I have ever came across.
I was hit by a person insured by Infinity, they called me right after the accident and offered $300 for my injuries. I told them I was going to wait a week just to make sure the aches and pains didn't come back. I was told okay. So, I call back a week later, NO ANSWER and I leave a message. A week and a half go by and no call back.
I call and leave Kristen another message and when she calls me back she has the worst attitude and claims " she never got a message from me".
Before I can get a word out she cuts me off, tells me they're no longer covering bodily injuries. Even though I was told I can take a week and call back. I tell her "thank you for reminding me why I dropped Infinity". She says "Okay" and hangs up on me! I called her back and asked her if "she always hangs up on people while they're still on the phone"?
She then says " the conversation was over that's why I hung up". Okay, but that still doesn't answer my question so I ask her again. By this time her attitude is even worse then before, and hangs up on me again.
Kristen Ninh should have her own Yelp page. I wonder what her reviews or starts would look like?!
