MY VEHICLE WAS VANDALIZED, SO I CALLED INFINITY TO REPORT A CLAIM..AFTER A MONTH THEY FINALLY GOT BACK TO ME AFTER I WENT TO THEIR OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES COMPLAINING..I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RENTAL CAR, THEY TOOK A MONTH TO FINALLY APPROVE MY CLAIM.

THEN WHEN I CALLED THE TOTAL LOST DEPT TO TALK TO AMY DUTTON SHE SCREAMED AT ME AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME TWICE. THEY ACT LIKE I'M BEGGING THEM FOR MONEY..

WHEN IN FACT I AM HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR MY INSURANCE FOR THREE YEARS STRAIGHT..THEN THEY ONLY OFFERED ME $6,900 FOR A 2004 745 BMW THAT IS WORTH WAY MORE THAN THAT.
